Shipping
We ship from both the US and Canada, depending on where we are playing tennis at the time. Shipping times will vary depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped. We aim to ship all orders within 2-3 business days, unless otherwise stated. Any orders outside of Canada may incur customs and duty. Please note that any applicable duties or customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns
Please contact us for a return authorization within 10 days of receiving your order. As a small business, we are unable to offer free returns. All items must be returned in their original packaging and unused. Please note that shipping costs, along with any import duties or fees, are non-refundable.
